John founded FoxCor in 1995 to fulfill an industry need for highly qualified professional client representation on large capital projects. After spending several years in the pulp and paper industry John joined an ENR Top 20 contractor where he became the youngest general superintendent in the company's history. After being promoted to the position of area manager, John took the lead in developing some of the firm's largest client base such as Wal-Mart, St. Dominic's Hospital and Promus Group. John held P&L responsibility for most of the firm's negotiated projects in the Southeast District. Since the inception of FoxCor, John's leadership and expertise has afforded FoxCor ongoing business relationships with many of the largest hospitality and gaming operations in the country.

Tom joined FoxCor in 1999 as Vice President after thirty-two successful years in the construction industry. He began his career with a leading national contractor as project manager and after 15 yrs. was promoted to Vice President. Tom served as project manager on 16 projects with an aggregate value of $284 million. After his former company was purchased by an ENR Top 20 contractor, Tom served as district manager with overall management responsibilities for the Southeast District.

Todd joined FoxCor in 2004 as Project Director of Red Rock Casino and Resort. In 2006, upon the successful completion of Red Rock Casino, Todd was promoted to Executive Vice President, Las Vegas, Nevada. He presently oversees FoxCor’s Western Region operations with over $1 billion in construction projects under management. Todd has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide background in commercial construction. He came to FoxCor with 18 years of experience in leadership as a Superintendent or Project Manager for the nations leading General Contractor. During his tenure there, he worked on hospitality, mixed-use, multi-residential, parking garages, retail, government, heavy commercial, and hospital projects throughout the United States. His diverse experience in all aspects of commercial construction along with his management skills allow him to mix project management experiences with design management to budget control quite effectively.

management in a wide variety of industries throughout the United States.
Bill spent 24 years with one of the most successful international contractors in the world managing large industrial construction
projects including pulp and paper mills, automotive assembly plants, metals
processing, consumer products and food processing plants. Since joining
FoxCor in 1996, Bill has been involved in several casino projects and
negotiated change order requests on a large convention center project. Currently,
Bill is managing a $142 million 26 story 450 room hotel in New Orleans
for Harrah’s Entertainment. Bill received his Bachelor of Science
Degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University in 1972.

Roger is a senior construction manager as well as a Certified Professional Estimator. He has 22 years of experience in a dual role as Chief Estimator and Senior Project Manager for two general contractors. During his tenure there he attained the level of Vice President of Administration with complete responsibility of all estimating and project management. His diverse experience in all aspects of commercial construction along with his communication skills allow him to mix project management experiences in with estimating quite easily. This blend of experience is most beneficial in change order management as well as understanding the detail of the Construction Manager’s estimate for large construction projects. Roger now heads up FoxCor's Preconstruction Services department which is located in Dallas, Texas.

Tom joined FoxCor in 2003 as Executive Vice President of Development. In 2004 Tom was assigned additional duties as President of FoxCor's sister company, CMA/FOX Automotive Facility Services, which provides at risk turnkey services for national capital programs. Tom's background includes a successful 11 year career as principal of a program management company in Memphis, TN and most recently as project executive for a top ranked general contractor. Previously Tom was vice president of design and construction for a retail development firm in Atlanta, GA. His education includes degrees in architecture and civil/structural engineering.
