After spending several years in the pulp and paper industry John joined an ENR Top 20 contractor where he became the youngest general superintendent in the company's history. After being promoted to the position of area manager, John took the lead in developing some of the firm's largest client base such as Wal-Mart, St. Dominic's Hospital and Promus Group. John held P&L responsibility for most of the firm's negotiated projects in the Southeast District. Since the inception of FoxCor, John's leadership and expertise has afforded FoxCor ongoing business relationships with many of the largest hospitality and gaming operations in the country.

Todd Pesavento Executive Vice President Western Region tpesavento@foxcor.com Todd joined FoxCor in 2004 as Project Director of Red Rock Casino and Resort. In 2006, upon the successful completion of Red Rock Casino, Todd was promoted to Executive Vice President, Las Vegas, Nevada. He presently oversees FoxCor’s Western Region operations with over $1 billion in construction projects under management. Todd has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide background in commercial construction. He came to FoxCor with 18 years of experience in leadership as a Superintendent or Project Manager for the nations leading General Contractor.  During his tenure there, he worked on hospitality, mixed-use, multi-residential, parking garages, retail, government, heavy commercial, and hospital projects throughout the United States.  His diverse experience in all aspects of commercial construction along with his management skills allow him to mix project management experiences with design management to budget control quite effectively.

Bill Cole Vice President of Operations, Foxwell bcole@foxcor.com Bill has over 34 years of experience in all phases of project management in a wide variety of industries throughout the United States. Bill spent 24 years with one of the most successful international contractors in the world managing large industrial construction projects including pulp and paper mills, automotive assembly plants, metals processing, consumer products and food processing plants. Since joining FoxCor in 1996, Bill has been involved in several casino projects and negotiated change order requests on a large convention center project. Currently, Bill is managing a $142 million 26 story 450 room hotel in New Orleans for Harrah’s Entertainment. Bill received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction from Northeast Louisiana University in 1972.

Roger Risk Executive Vice President South East Region rrisk@foxcor.com Roger Risk joined FoxCor in 1997 after a long and successful career as a Project Manager and Superintendent with one of the nation's most highly regarded and respected General Contractors, Hensel Phelps Construction Co. Roger is the Executive Vice President for FoxCor (formally FoxWell) Construction Management division and District Manager for Dallas, Texas region. In Roger's formal career as a General Contractor, Mr. Risk's responsibilities included maintaining excellent Owner relations, contract negotiations with subcontractors, on-site staff training and supervision, and establishing and maintainging the projects's cost control system. Ultimately Mr. Risk managed the entire construction project from a safety, quality, budget, and schedule standpoint. Through HPCC, Mr. Risk gained invaluable experience in nearly all facets of the building industry, including gaming, hotel, medical, corrections, industrial and retail facilities. This combined with his involvement with design-build work, fast-track construction, preconstruction services and estimating will prove invaluable to our clients.
