FoxCor Inc. and Xavier University have enjoyed a great working relationship together over the past several years which led to the current Xavier project. After the devastating affects of Hurricane Katrina, Xavier needed assistance immediately.

FoxCor managed a $50 million dollar reconstruction project for Xavier University which included complete responsibility for all reconstruction/construction as well as directing MEP contracting (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) for 1.2 million square feet reconstructed over a period of three months for critical operational structures. This is included approximately 50 campus buildings.
