This project boasts; 500 keys, 21 story tower; post tension construction and EIFS exterior, 2 story Spa and Pool Cafe, 1 story connecting circulation area, a 3 elevated level parking garage, renovation to existing Casino and Back of House areas. expansion improvements of supporting infrastructure elements. Occupied floor space is about 500,000 sqf; parking structure is about 420,000 sqf. Project completion date Dec 17, 2004. FoxCor was selected as Program Manager 3rd Quarter 2003.
