Red Rock Resort has a total project
cost of $925 million. Construction started in mid-2004.
Red Rock Station will consist of 900 hotel rooms, 740,000 sqf of low rise meeting room/casino floor, a three acre pool/beach complex, 2 parking garages, amphitheater, cinema, banquet facility, as well as a full service 20,000 square foot spa. Future expansion calls for an office building and an additional hotel tower. FoxCor was selected as Program Manager November 2003.

Red Rock opened April 18th 2006 with 415 hotel rooms, a casino with 3,000 slot machines and 62 table games, 11 restaurants, four entertainment venues, 94,000 square feet of meeting space, a luxury spa and a three-acre centerpiece pool area.
