Located on the Prairie Band Potawatomi Indian Reservation.  This project spans over 40 acres and includes a new hotel addition of 196 rooms connecting to the old 100 room hotel, new 7,750 square foot porte-cochere with Grand Lobby, VIP High Limit, and new retail area.  Project range value was $55 million with a completion date of Aug 2004.  FoxCor was selected as program manager 2nd Qtr 2003 providing onsite management as well as cost estimating services including; review of contracts, issued Owner contracts, change orders, schedule, field supervision, punch list management, as well as maintaining the construction with phasing so the casino was never shut down.
