Wellstone at Craig Ranch

Pre-sales for this 196 condominium home community began in July 2006 and will be an integral part of Craig Ranch, a 2400-acre mixed use development in McKinney, Texas, 30 miles north of Dallas. Configured in four-plex and duplex designs, the condominium homes will range in size from 2700 to 3200 square feet and feature upscale finish-out options. Prices will start in the high $300’s. Wellstone at Craig Ranch is actually a city within a city featuring a town center surrounded by a mix of housing types, office and retail spaces and entertainment within easy reach by foot or the Craig Ranch trolley system.  It will include restaurants, shopping, hotels, medical offices, a surgery center and The Cooper Aerobics Center at Craig Ranch.  Schools, churches, a 75-acre softball/baseball complex, a network of hike-and-bike trails, dedicated parks and playgrounds, even a water park, will make it possible to live, work and play in a truly integrated community.  The centerpiece of Craig Ranch is the $45 million Tournament Players Championship course designed by Tom Weiskopf.  Already with over 200 members, the TPC continues to draw Craig Ranch home owners interested in a golfing lifestyle.  At full build out, Craig Ranch will be home to 38,000 people and employ over 30,000, with an annual economic impact of $2.6 billion by 2021.

Wellstone Middlecreek

Wellstone Middlecreek will be a contained, secluded community in the middle of North Atlanta, the fastest growing area of the south’s largest city.  Middlecreek will contain 96 condominium homes, each offering 2700 to 3200 square feet with two or three bedrooms.  All will have master bedrooms on the main level and integrated “free” space for use as home office, studio, theater, gym or guest suite.  Using various color schemes and exterior materials such as stone, the look of weathered copper, Hardiplank, manufactured cedar shake shingles, tapered columns and meticulous craftsmanship in all construction, Middlecreek will look anything but repetitive. Middlecreek’s 5,500 square foot Wellstone Club facility will be state of the art including a large comfortable community room with full kitchen and fireplace, game room, multimedia library, even a business center.  Also, an expanded, roomy fitness center will feature the latest in exercise equipment, while outside is a resort-style heated pool, expansive covered porches, an additional fireplace and a grilling area.  Middlecreek’s condominium homes are expected to sell for $360,000 to $390,000.

Wellstone Creekside

Wellstone Creekside will be Chattanooga, Tennessee’s premier active adult community.  Approximately 110 condominium homes will be constructed in four-plexes and duplexes, with the same 2700 to 3200 square feet as Wellstone’s other condominium home developments.  Creekside will offer a neo-traditional, craftsman style design with dormers, oversized windows, stone and shake exteriors, with each home featuring two large ‘visit with your neighbor’ porches.  Separate dining rooms and dens are standard, with ‘free’ space for owner choices of studio, office, library, even wine and media rooms. Residents will enjoy expanded green spaces and walking paths as Creekside borders Chattanooga’s lush greenway. The amenities of the 5,500 square foot Wellstone Club will be essentially identical to the facility at Wellstone Middlecreek. The condominium homes are expected to sell for $350,000 to the low $400,000’s.

Wellstone at Bluffton
