Green Valley Ranch Hotel and Meeting Room Expansion is a 296 hotel room expansion, as well as the addition of an 80,000 sqf ballroom. Cost of the project is approximately $120 million. Construction start was December 2003. selected as Program Manager in November 2003. FoxCor also provided full Program Management services for the initial construction - over $300 million.
