FoxCor, through its sister company CMA/FOX, has been selected by General Motors/SPX Dealer Equipment Services for a national rollout of Goodwrench Quick Lube Centers. These centers will include 2, 3 or 4 service bays and in some cases an automatic car wash. FoxCor will be the exclusive Program Manager providing a wide range of services to include but not limited to the list below and to the left;


Organize and conduct site surveys
Development and implementation of reporting system
Procure Civil Engineer, Architect & General Contractor services
Arrange for Geotechnical Engineering analysis
Design coordination with equipment requirements
Develop & negotiate all Design & Construction contracts
Determine all necessary building permits
Determine all code requirements
Identify capacities of existing utilities
On site construction management
Close out document management
Warranty coordination
